We have worked private sector and public sector organisations to define their enterprise data strategy. In some cases this a relatively technical exercise focused on getting the best value out of available tools, in other organsitions the situation is more complex with a need to align with complex business and technical strategies. We are experienced and comfortable in all of these scenarios.

We have experience of numerous methodologies ranging from technical methodologies to implement specific strategic platforms such as a Data Warehouse or Data Lakehouse (using Kimball, Inmon and Data Vault) through more organisational transformations utilising DAMA-DMBOK or Data Mesh to improve the many facets of data management and governance. These methodologies can have different implications and should be applied carefully. We have the experience to shape the methodologies to your organisation and, in time, use them to transform the way you handle and govern your data products.

We will work with you to develop data pipelines, appropriate storage, reporting, ML and data product governance. We have a standard process for engagement and can provide our own accelerators to speed up key elements of the data engineering process. We will work with you to define and document your requirements, design your system, oversee development and sign-off it off against appropriate Cyber Security and user approval

We are accredited Azure and Spark data engineers who can quickly setup the CI/CD pipelines and technical processes to get self-service access to your data.

We work with a selection of technologies with a focus on Azure data products (Fabric, Data Factory, Data Lake and SQL), PowerBI and Databricks.
